Uncontested Divorce Program
We provide assistance to low income individuals with the preparation and filing of necessary documents in uncontested divorce actions.
Clinics are held at least 4 times per year in the Fall and Spring at both the Mechanicville Community Services Center and at The Legal Project’s office at 24 Aviation Road, Suite 101, in Albany, New York.
Clients are provided with a one-on-one appointment to receive assistance with the state issued uncontested divorce packet.
Clients are provided with follow up appointments necessary to complete divorce process.
All programs and services have specific eligibility requirements.
