In honor of Mother’s Day, we are highlighting The Legal Project’s Elder Law Assistance Program and giving you an opportunity to make a donation in honor of your mother or another special mother in your life!

The Elder Law Assistance Program provides compassionate, expert legal assistance for older adults who can’t afford an attorney. Eligible seniors can receive help navigating complicated legal questions, draft wills, assist with guardianship determination, support estate planning, assist with end-of-life document preparation, understand Medicaid and Medicare eligibility, and many more legal issues.

Many of our moms (whether by birth or a mother figure who stepped up) taught us to play fair – stand up for people who can’t stand up for themselves; to fight for justice! Now is our turn to reciprocate and ensure we are supporting our mothers in all stages of life by providing access to services for the elderly.

Mother’s Day is May 12th!

Make a donation of $100 or more no later than May 7th in honor of your mother (or another amazing mother in your life), and The Legal Project will send her a beautiful, personalized Mother’s Day card letting her know that you have made this gift for her!
